You Can’t Do It Alone! – Trust and Empower Your Leaders

When you are an entrepreneur, nothing is guaranteed. It takes a lot of struggles, running into walls, getting back up, and running through them faster. However, having a great team does make the journey easier. At IdeaPros, we know you can’t do it alone and that learning to trust and empower your leaders makes all the difference.

Meet The IdeaPros Team

Our job is to turn ideas into great products, apps, and services. We help our partners launch, educate them on the process, and create an unfair advantage for them on the market, but that is not a one-person job. If you want to do something well, you can’t do it on your own.

“There’s not one entrepreneur in the world that can do everything by themselves. “ – Fred Cary

When you’re getting ready to take your project idea and turn it into a world-class product, you need a team behind you. Having a variety of skill sets at your disposal is crucial on this journey. Let’s meet the team that makes that journey possible for IdeaPros partners.

Marketing Phase

Tessa Ashford is the Director of Marketing at IdeaPros. She empowers our partners by setting up their marketing systems and establishing the digital footprint, so they can reach their audience and prepare for the marketing tasks they’ll encounter on their way.

There are two critical elements of marketing: marketing communications and strategic marketing. Strategic marketing is like getting ready to go to war. You have to ask yourself:

  • What’s the market and its size and growth?
  • Who are your competitors?
  • How are you going to win the battle?
  • Who are your customers, and where are they located?
  • What solution are they using now, and how will you offer them something better?

Once you’ve answered those questions, it is time to communicate your message to the customer and keep them coming back to you.

Branding Phase

Bobby Hallas is the Chief Creative Officer at IdeaPros, and he makes sure your brand stands out. First, with an elaborate market research report, the team immerses itself in the business of your app or product. Then, they start giving names, developing a language, and a tone for your brand or the baseline. Once they have the baseline, then they start the design part of it.

“The brand is not just a logo; it is your entire language.” – Bobby Hallas

A visual or a graphic should immediately tell the story of the product or app. Remember, your brand is not about YOUR favorite name and colors. You are not going to buy your product or service; someone else will. Your name needs to create an evocative memory and recall system for the audience. It is what separates you from the rest.

Selecting The Right Partners

We get a lot of applications, and we can only accept so many. So Rob Frechette, the Director of Biz Development at IdeaPros, and his team talk to the entrepreneurs and decide which entrepreneurs are a good match for the company. People come to us with different ideas at different stages.

“We’re looking for entrepreneurs that are going to do this with or without us, and it is hard to find.” – Rob Frechette

We want to work with entrepreneurs who are passionate, dedicated, and ready to ride the emotional roller coaster. We help you learn the process, our team, and how we can help turn your napkin drawing into your reality.

Danny Zavala supports Rob and his team as they look for the right partners. It takes a special someone to become an entrepreneur. You have to have the mentality, a little bit of craziness, and a drive to succeed.

Sophia Kormendi works with Danny on the operational side and works on the changes within the company that will make our partnerships even better.

Engineering Phase

Wes Cross makes physical products. So if you can touch, feel, or smell it, Wes can help make it. Wes has designed several cars from the ground up for many famous movies, not to mention missile systems and things like that.

Ira Hayes works by his side, empowering you to create value.

“The best way to predict the future is to create it.” – Ira Hayes

Creating the future is very powerful and involves people, products, and processes.

Executive Assistance, Market Research, and Social Media

Lily Rimel and Chris Camas work with Fred as his executive assistance team. Meanwhile, Alejandra Torrente is in charge of the social media platforms. And Amelia Cary is the Head of Market Research. Amelia and her team look at the industry within your niche to see if your idea stands out against the competition. They check the industry’s growth and review potential strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, or threats that you may experience. Of course, the business plan and pitches to the investors are in their realm, too.

Remember, it takes a lot of failures and time to create something that didn’t exist before. It’s a long process, and what will separate you from the rest is a great team and a never give up attitude.
